We are happy to offer complimentary repairs on any Grannycord within 30 days of purchase. Additional fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear. Please email us for further details about our repair and replacement policy.

Should you decide to return an item purchased online, we are glad to offer merchandise credit within 10 days of original sale toward a future purchase of Grannycords. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to refund purchases. Please note that all Sale items and Custom orders are considered Final Sale.
